Purpose and scope<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions govern:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the sale of products (distilled alcoholic beverages) via&nbsp;<strong>distillerielrg.com<\/strong>&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>services (workshops, tours, custom distillation \u2013 fruit provided by the customer), which can be booked via&nbsp;<strong>distillerielrg.com<\/strong>&nbsp;et\/ou faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une&nbsp;demande sp\u00e9cifique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas de contradiction, les conditions particuli\u00e8res accept\u00e9es dans le cadre d\u2019une&nbsp;r\u00e9servation&nbsp;ou d\u2019une&nbsp;demande sp\u00e9cifique&nbsp;pr\u00e9valent sur les pr\u00e9sentes CGV pour ce qu\u2019elles pr\u00e9cisent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Sale of alcohol \u2013 age requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are of legal age. The seller may refuse\/cancel an order in case of doubt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Product information\/availability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The essential characteristics and prices are indicated on the website or in the quote.<br>If an item is unavailable after ordering, the customer will be informed and can obtain a refund or an alternative solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Price<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prices are inclusive of tax.<br>Any applicable fees (delivery, etc.) are specified before order confirmation or in the quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Online ordering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The order is final after validation and payment (or depending on the chosen process) and confirmation. The seller may refuse an order for legitimate reasons (e.g., fraud, inconsistency, previous dispute).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Quote (B2C or B2B)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The quote is valid for 30 days.<br>The contract is formed upon receipt of the signed\/accepted quote (email\/confirmation) and, where applicable, the deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment methods: Credit card\/ Stripe\/ Apple Pay\/ Google Pay<br>For professionals, late penalties and compensation may apply in accordance with current regulations (conditions specified on invoice\/quote).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Delivery (products)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zone :&nbsp;France m\u00e9tropolitaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transporteur \/ d\u00e9lais :&nbsp;le transporteur et les d\u00e9lais de livraison sont indiqu\u00e9s au client avant validation de la commande, en fonction de la destination et du volume command\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Delivery rates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 bottle: \u20ac8;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>livraison offerte \u00e0 partir de 7 bouteilles&nbsp;(soit au-del\u00e0 de 6 bouteilles).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and, if necessary, make any reservations to the carrier in accordance with the applicable legal conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Withdrawal (B2C \u2013 distance selling)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The consumer has 14 days to withdraw. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<br>The terms and conditions are detailed in the \u201cReturns\/Withdrawal Policy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Workshops and tours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9servation :&nbsp;une r\u00e9servation est confirm\u00e9e apr\u00e8s paiement et\/ou confirmation de la commande sur le site, ou apr\u00e8s acceptation des conditions convenues dans le cadre d\u2019une&nbsp;demande sp\u00e9cifique, selon le cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation\/postponement (workshops):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>en cas d\u2019annulation par le client&nbsp;jusqu\u2019\u00e0 14 jours (2 semaines) avant&nbsp;la date de l\u2019atelier, la r\u00e9servation est&nbsp;rembours\u00e9e int\u00e9gralement&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>en cas d\u2019annulation par le client&nbsp;moins de 14 jours avant&nbsp;la date de l\u2019atelier,&nbsp;50 % du montant reste d\u00fb&nbsp;(ou est conserv\u00e9), et&nbsp;50 % est rembours\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Retard \/ absence :&nbsp;tout retard important ou absence du client peut entra\u00eener la perte de la r\u00e9servation, sans remboursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Custom distillation (fruit provided by the customer)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The service is defined by quotation: type and quantity of fruit, schedule, processing methods, packaging, return, etc.<br>The customer acknowledges that distillation depends in particular on: fruit quality, ripeness, sugar content, technical losses, and variable yields.<br>The terms and conditions for deposits, cancellations, and refunds are those specified in the quote (particularly if the service has already been started).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Warranty\/Compliance (Products)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For consumers, legal warranties apply in accordance with the law.<br>All complaints should be addressed to&nbsp;<a>contact@distillerielrg.com<\/a>&nbsp;with the order reference and useful information (photos, description).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14.
