Description
Madame is a gin of light and thought, inspired by the Duchess of Enville, a major figure at the Château de La Roche-Guyon and a woman of the Enlightenment. Free-spirited and visionary, she turned the château into a place of encounters and ideas, where botanists, philosophers, and enlightened minds gathered to imagine a new France in the midst of a century of turmoil.
This Dry Gin opens with a delicate bouquet of orange blossom, apple blossom, and pear blossom from the distillery's experimental garden, like a garden awakening in spring. Hibiscus adds a vibrant and slightly tart floral touch, while cinnamon and ginger, spices from faraway lands, infuse warmth and depth, reminiscent of the intellectual exchanges and flights of fancy characteristic of the 18th century.
Elegant and structured, Madame is a gin of balance and dialogue, where botanicals become language, and where each note celebrates boldness, curiosity, and open-mindedness..
