2. Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions govern:
- the sale of products (distilled alcoholic beverages) via distillerielrg.com ;
- services (workshops, tours, custom distillation – fruit provided by the customer), which can be booked via distillerielrg.com et/ou faire l’objet d’une demande spécifique.
En cas de contradiction, les conditions particulières acceptées dans le cadre d’une réservation ou d’une demande spécifique prévalent sur les présentes CGV pour ce qu’elles précisent.
3. Sale of alcohol – age requirements
The sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are of legal age. The seller may refuse/cancel an order in case of doubt.
4. Product information/availability
The essential characteristics and prices are indicated on the website or in the quote.
If an item is unavailable after ordering, the customer will be informed and can obtain a refund or an alternative solution.
5. Price
Prices are inclusive of tax.
Any applicable fees (delivery, etc.) are specified before order confirmation or in the quote.
6. Online ordering
The order is final after validation and payment (or depending on the chosen process) and confirmation. The seller may refuse an order for legitimate reasons (e.g., fraud, inconsistency, previous dispute).
7. Quote (B2C or B2B)
The quote is valid for 30 days.
The contract is formed upon receipt of the signed/accepted quote (email/confirmation) and, where applicable, the deposit.
8. Payment
Payment methods: Credit card/ Stripe/ Apple Pay/ Google Pay
For professionals, late penalties and compensation may apply in accordance with current regulations (conditions specified on invoice/quote).
9. Delivery (products)
Zone : France métropolitaine.
Transporteur / délais : le transporteur et les délais de livraison sont indiqués au client avant validation de la commande, en fonction de la destination et du volume commandé.
Delivery rates:
- 1 bottle: €8;
- livraison offerte à partir de 7 bouteilles (soit au-delà de 6 bouteilles).
The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and, if necessary, make any reservations to the carrier in accordance with the applicable legal conditions.
10. Withdrawal (B2C – distance selling)
The consumer has 14 days to withdraw. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The terms and conditions are detailed in the “Returns/Withdrawal Policy.”
11. Workshops and tours
Réservation : une réservation est confirmée après paiement et/ou confirmation de la commande sur le site, ou après acceptation des conditions convenues dans le cadre d’une demande spécifique, selon le cas.
Cancellation/postponement (workshops):
- en cas d’annulation par le client jusqu’à 14 jours (2 semaines) avant la date de l’atelier, la réservation est remboursée intégralement ;
- en cas d’annulation par le client moins de 14 jours avant la date de l’atelier, 50 % du montant reste dû (ou est conservé), et 50 % est remboursé.
Retard / absence : tout retard important ou absence du client peut entraîner la perte de la réservation, sans remboursement.
12. Custom distillation (fruit provided by the customer)
The service is defined by quotation: type and quantity of fruit, schedule, processing methods, packaging, return, etc.
The customer acknowledges that distillation depends in particular on: fruit quality, ripeness, sugar content, technical losses, and variable yields.
The terms and conditions for deposits, cancellations, and refunds are those specified in the quote (particularly if the service has already been started).
13. Warranty/Compliance (Products)
For consumers, legal warranties apply in accordance with the law.
All complaints should be addressed to contact@distillerielrg.com with the order reference and useful information (photos, description).
14. Responsibility
In accordance with the legal provisions applicable to distance selling, the consumer customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in cases where legal exceptions apply.
Les produits ouverts / descellés après livraison ne peuvent pas être retournés au titre du droit de rétractation lorsqu’ils ne peuvent être renvoyés pour des raisons d’hygiène ou de protection de la santé.
En tout état de cause, les présentes dispositions ne privent pas le client de ses garanties légales, notamment en cas de produit non conforme, défectueux ou endommagé à la livraison.

17. Applicable law / disputes
