Return Policy

Scope of application
This policy applies to sales of products concluded remotely (online) with consumers (individuals).

A) Right of withdrawal (B2C – distance selling)

The consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw without justification from the date of receipt of the product.

The withdrawal may be exercised by email to contact@distillerielrg.com or by mail to:
DISTILLERIE DE LA ROCHE-GUYON – 1 rue de l’Audience, 95780 La Roche-Guyon, France
(indicating: name, order reference, product concerned, date).

Back
Products must be returned:

  • complete (bottle(s), any accessories),
  • unopened and with the seal intact (if applicable),
  • in a condition suitable for resale,
  • properly packaged for transport.

Important: no returns/refunds will be given if the bottle has been opened. (or if the seal has been broken), except in the event of an anomaly upon receipt

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund
Refunds will be issued after receipt of the returned products (or proof of shipment) and will be made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

B) Exceptions (benefits)

  • Workshops/visits booked for a specific date or period are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
  • Cancellation/refund policy:
  • Cancellation at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the workshop date: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days before the workshop date: 50% refund.
  • Custom distillation
  • Customized service: cancellation/refund conditions are specified in the quote (particularly once the service has begun).

C) Damaged products / error

In case of any issues upon receipt (damaged package, breakage, error), please contact us promptly at contact@distillerielrg.com with photos and order information in order to find a solution.
